ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The UIndy women's basketball team hit the road to face Maryville in a pivotal GLVC matchup Thursday night. The Saints had two players score 20 or more points and held the Hounds to just two in double figures as Maryville rolled past the visiting Greyhounds, 91-62.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Both teams shot over 50 percent in the opening quarter with the difference coming from behind the arc. Maryville nailed six of their 10 three point attempts in the first period as they went up 32-22 after the first 10 minutes. The Hounds bounced back in the second period holding Maryville to under 30 percent shooting from the field as they cut their deficit to seven heading into the locker room.

The UIndy offense went cold after the break, making just three of their field goals attempts while missing all five attempts from deep. Maryville shot nearly 52 percent in the second half while the Greyhound offense struggled to get going after half time. The hosts took complete advantage of UIndy's struggles in the second half, just missing out on the century mark as they went on to win, 91-62.
