INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Indianapolis baseball team dropped their final game of the weekend to Northwood University, 13-0.
The Timberwolves took the series 3-0 at Bishop Chatard Field over the weekend.
After an eight run second inning, the Hounds had ground to make up behind the plate. UIndy was outhit by the Timberwolves by 15-0.
In an effort to keep Northwood stagnate, The Greyhounds used a different pitcher each inning.
Myc Witty (0-2) took the loss for the Greyhounds, giving up six hits and walking two in 1.1 innings pitched.
The Timberwolves pitcher, Derek Clark, took the win, pitching a no-hitter in his eight innings.
