INDIANAPOLIS –
Ty Williams made a statement for the Greyhounds in their 7-2 win over Truman on Sunday at Greyhound Park. The Sophomore tailed three hits a two RBI on five at bats and added two put outs and one assist on the defensive side.

CAGING THE BULLDOGS
The Bulldogs came out swinging to start the 12 p.m. game leading the the two innings, 1-0. The Hounds found their bats in the third and forth, scoring four runs and taking the lead. The Greyhounds continued their scoring push in the sixth with two runs, and
Trey Smith led the Greyhounds in hits with three hits, and a 1.000 on base percentage. While junior
Ty Williams contributed three hits and two RBI.
Hunter Waning also contributed two RBI.
Catcher
Will Spear collected 10 put outs, followed by first baseman
John Carpinelli who added seven, while Waning tallied five assists.
Mundell recorded two strike outs in 2.2 innings pitched in taking the win, with an ERA of zero.
Ben Fugitt took the loss for Truman, striking out three in 3.2 innings pitched, and walking five.
