INDIANAPOLIS –
Elana Wells notched her fifth game scoring double digits in dropping 13 on the University of Missouri – St. Louis as the Hounds fell 41-51 on Monday night in Nicoson Hall.
Despite keeping the game within reach until late in the fourth quarter, the Tritons prevailed. The loss marks the fifth conference loss for the Greyhounds, as the Tritons remain undefeated in the conference.
Defensively, the Hounds held UMSL to shooting just over 35 percent, and only 13 percent from behind the arc. Forcing 17 turnovers and earning six steals, led by Wells who had two.
Taylor Drury followed Wells offensively, posting seven points and two rebounds.
The Tritons were led by Kiara Stewart to earned a double-double in scoring 10 points and getting 10 boards.

-UMSL scored 20 points off turnovers, while the Hounds scored 14.
-The Tritons out rebounded UIndy 39-21.
-UIndy made over 87 percent of its free throws.
