HOW IT HAPPENED
Rockhurst climbed out in front in the 25th minute on a perfectly-executed cross that met the foot of the lone Hawk in the area. However, UIndy added the equalizer just before the half in the 42nd minute on a pass from
Caleb Mundell to
Mason Stearn, who then sent a cross into the box that met the head of Yilmaz. In the first half, the Hounds had 12 shots while the Hawks had just three.

In the second half, the match was steering towards overtime until Yilmaz stepped up big in the 89th minute and lifted UIndy into the semifinals. On a misplay by the Rockhurst goalkeeper, Yilmaz gained possession of the loose ball with the keeper away from the net and landed a shot into the back of the net.
