NORFOLK, Va. – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) released the November edition of the 2022-23 Division II Swimming & Diving Top 25 Dual Meet Rankings, with UIndy the top-ranked team in both the men's and women's polls this month. The committee, comprised of Division II coaches and select media, ranks the top 25 teams in the nation based on dual meet strength. The committee uses head-to-head results as the top consideration. Common opponents and simulations are also considered when establishing monthly rankings. This poll does not predict top finishers in a championship meet format.
On the men's side, there was very little movement from the October rankings in the top five. The UIndy Greyhounds (300 points) maintained all 12 first-place votes while McKendree (283), Drury (280) and Colorado Mesa (259) all kept their October ranks, too. The only newcomer in the top five was Grand Valley (254), which jumped up from sixth. Of the top 25 teams, twenty teams appeared on all ballots while thirty teams received at least one vote.
For the women, the UIndy Greyhounds (299 points) made a big jump from fourth to first while earning 11 first-place votes. Grand Valley (284) made a massive leap from 18th to 2nd this month. Drury (276) moved from seventh to third while Nova Southeastern (268) fell from first to fourth. Tampa (252) rounds out the top five. Of the top 25 teams, 16 teams appeared on all ballots with 33 women's teams receiving at least one vote.
