INDIANAPOLIS – University of Indianapolis graduate student Stefanie Markwardt has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Athlete of the Week in women's swimming and diving, it was announced by the league office Wednesday.

Team Results: No Team Scores at Almost Heaven Open (12/16-19)

• Swam to third-place finish in 100 LC Butterfly (1:01.92) against Division I competition
• Placed third in 50 LC Freestyle prelims (26.82)
• Earns first career Athlete of the Week Award
• Last Greyhounds' Athlete of the Week: Celina Schmidt (12/6/23)
