AUSTIN, Texas—Five UIndy student-athletes were selected to the 2022-23 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America® Women's At-Large Teams, officials announced on Thursday. Joining Greyhound lacrosse players
Audrey Moran and Anna Ziemba on the at-large squad were UIndy golfers
Catharina Graf,
Anci Dy and
Elyse Stasil. The annual list recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the course and in the classroom.
The trio of golfers was headlined by Graf, a senior Finance major and perfect 4.0 student. The Frankfort, Germany native secured Academic All-America® First Team accolades after earning second-team honors last season. She recently became a two-time
NCAA Elite 90 honoree and garnered
All-America Honorable Mention from the WGCA.
Meanwhile, Stasil and Dy each received her first career Academic All-America® nod as third-team honorees. Stasil also earned inclusion on the WGCA
All-America First Team, while Dy collected
All-America Honorable Mention. All three golfers were named to the
All-East Region and
All-GLVC Teams.
UIndy's five honorees matched the highest total of any Division II school on the Academic All-America® Women's At-Large list.
