INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy Volleyball team kept on rolling Friday evening, knocking off fifth-seeded Findlay in four sets to advance to its first Midwest Region final since 2012.
The Greyhounds entered the regional as the No. 8 seed and stunned host Missouri-St. Louis on Thursday to continue their season.

UIndy's 22 wins are the most by the team since 2013.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Greyhounds bounced back to defeat the Oilers in four sets following an opening-frame defeat, hitting .421 as a team. Freshman setter
Carly Fonda paced the attack, dishing out 47 assists and contributing five kills herself in the win.

Three Hounds recorded double-digit kill counts, led by
Maddie Lynch's team-high 18.
Makenzie Pflederer, for the second night in a row, turned in the final kill off the hands of opposing defenders.

The UIndy offense could not be stopped over the final two frames, totaling 36 kills against four errors. Parlanti tallied eight of her 15 kills in the third set to give the Greyhounds the edge, while Lynch scored three of the team's final five points.

- The match featured a whopping 32 ties and 17 lead changes, including 21 and 12, respectively, over the final two sets.
- Findlay entered Friday ranked eighth in DII in hitting percentage; UIndy held the Oilers to slightly under their average at a .256 clip.
