LENOIR CITY, TENN. - The UIndy men's golf competed in the Tennessee River Rumble hosted by Lincoln Memorial University. The tournament took place at the WindRiver Golf Club.
INS & OUTS
The Greyhounds struggled in the 20-team tournament and tied for 18th place. UIndy completed the 54 holes at +52 (299-311-306). Host Lincoln Memorial won the event at +6.
Drew Rowen and
Cameron Young earned a share of 50th place in the 100-player tournament. Rowen (74-76-76) and Young (77-77-72) finished 10 over par.
Joseph Armfield placed t-76th at +17 (75-80-78). Shooting +20,
Alexander Nestun (78-78-80) tied for 85th.
Jackson Watkins rounded out the Hounds' lineup, finishing +21 (73-81-83) and tying for 85th.
UP NEXT
UIndy is set to co-host the FIndianapolis Intercollegiate with the University of Findlay on Mar. and Apr. 1. In its second year, the tournament features both men's and women's teams and returns to Chariot Run Golf Club in Laconia, Ind.
