Greyhounds Prepare for GLVC Women's Golf Championship

INDIANAPOLIS - The UIndy women's golf team is set to compete in the GLVC Championships in Coal Valley, Ill. The 26th annual event returns to Oakwood Country Club for the second straight year.

The tournament will begin on Friday, April 25, with 56-hole stroke play over two days. This will determine the individual medalist, and the top four teams from the stroke play will then compete in medal/match play to determine the team champion on Sunday.

Last year, the Greyhounds won the team title after defeating Maryville in the semifinals and UMSL in the finals. Macey Brown, Caroline Whallon, and Ava Ray return to the course to help the Greyhounds try to be back-to-back conference champions.
