The UIndy softball team continues its postseason run on Thursday and Friday at the NCAA DII Midwest Super Regional. The 20th-ranked Saginaw Valley Cardinals will host the best-of-three series, with the winner earning a spot in the DII World Series. Game one is scheduled for 11 a.m. ET on Thursday morning. The two teams return for game two at the same time on Friday, followed immediately by game three if necessary.

The Hounds are making their seventh Super Regional appearance since 2009, which was also at Saginaw Valley. Last spring, UIndy hosted Supers and went on to defeat Trevecca two games to one and advance to the World Series for the first time since 2015. This year's national championship will be held in Chattanooga, Tenn., May 22-28.
