PERU, Ind. – The UIndy men's golf team concluded its run at the GLVC Championships Friday. The Greyhounds earned a spot in the medal/match play semifinals before falling to top-seeded Missouri S&T, 3-2. The 2026 GLVC Championships were held at Rock Hollow Golf Club in Peru, Ind.
The Greyhounds earned their lone point from junior
Joseph Armfield. In the first match of the morning, the Zionsville, Ind., native fired a two-under 70 to cruise to a 13-stroke win over S&T's Chayton Jordan. Armfield racked up five birdies in the round, four of which came on par 4s.

In the other semifinal, second-seeded Missouri-St. Louis edged three-seed Drury, 3-2. UMSL and S&T will face off Friday afternoon with the GLVC crown on the line.
UIndy secured a spot in the semifinal by placing fourth in the 54-hole stroke play portion of the tournament.
Isac Fredriksson (+4) and
Alexander Nestun (+5) led the way, with both finishing in the top 12. Fredriksson's final-round 70 marked to low stroke-play score for the Hounds.
Drury's Gaige Lewis won the stroke play portion at -6, capturing GLVC medalist honors.
