Amaree Haralson's ace made it 22-11 and Cedarville answered once, the Greyhounds took the final three points on Cedarville errors to finish the set 25-12.
UIndy went on a 7-1 tear early in set three, with Lynch putting down three kills and blocks involving Mackenzie Pflederer, Jansen, and

Caitlin Blomberg's kill from Haralson, Cedarville scored four straight for a 14-10 lead. Indianapolis worked back to 18-18 on a Lynch kill, a Cedarville bad set and a Cedarville attack error, then used a Jansen kill and another Cedarville bad set to even the set again at 20-20. After Cedarville led 22-21, Berger's kill tied the set, McKenney and Blomberg combined on a block for a 23-22 Greyhounds lead; Cedarville tied it once more, and Lynch's kill put the Greyhounds ahead 24-23 before a Cedarville attack error finished the Greyhounds' 25-23 win.
After the teams split the first four points, the Greyhounds moved ahead with Lynch's second early kill and later built an 8-4 lead behind kills from Berger and Jansen. Cedarville pulled within 11-9 on back-to-back Allie Pilat kills, but Berger and McKenney answered with kills to keep the Greyhounds in front at 13-9. The set tightened again at 17-13 before Lynch sided out for the Greyhounds and Jansen followed with consecutive kills to make it 20-13. Down the stretch, the Greyhounds got a Jansen kill for 21-14, a Berger kill for 22-15 and a McKenney-Berger block for 23-15; after Cedarville's final point made it 23-16 and an attack error brought up set point, McKenney's kill from Fonda finished a 25-16 set win.
