Greyhounds get win No. 20

URBANA, Ohio- The 12th-ranked University of Indianapolis volleyball team earned its sixth straight victory and 20th overall Tuesday night with a road win at Urbana University (10-11).  UIndy downed the Blue Knights by scores of 25-17, 25-17 and 25-12 to up its record to a stellar 20-1 on the season.

The match marked UIndy's first non-GLVC contest since Sep. 12.  The Hounds are now 15-0 versus non-conference opponents and 7-0 in road games this season.

Junior Lyndsay Callahan notched her fifth double-double of the year and 21st of her career with a 12-kill, 13-dig performance.  She also hit .435 for the match, helping boost the Hounds' .351 team output.

Junior setter Cheneta Morrison finished with 36 assists, six kills and seven digs, and senior libero Kyleigh Turner totaled 16 digs.

Indianapolis returns to conference play this weekend, starting with a road match at Kentucky Wesleyan Friday at 8 p.m. EDT.
