INDIANAPOLIS- The UIndy baseball team faces Anderson University in Indianapolis Wednesday, Apr. 7, but it won't be at Greyhound Park. The Hounds will head downtown to face the Ravens at beautiful Victory Field, home of the Indianapolis Indians, Triple-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m.
UIndy President Dr. Beverly Pitts and her husband Bill will be recognized prior to the game, along with AU President Dr. James Edwards and his wife. Bill and Beverley's son Kevin – a former Anderson baseball player – will throw out the first pitch.
Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students. UIndy students with school ID free courtesy of the Campus Programming Board. Parking is free. UIndy Students can ride to the game compliments of CPB departing at 5:15 p.m from the bell tower.
