LEXINGTON, Ky. - Junior outside hitter
Hailey Brown continues to rake in postseason accolades, most recently being named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-America Third Team. Brown has also been named to the All-GLVC, Daktronics All-Midwest and AVCA All-Region first teams already this fall.
The Medora, Ind., native is third in the conference and 52nd nationally with 3.67 kills per set (as of Dec. 3), and finished 2014 with double-digit kills in all but three matches played, including 12 matches with 15 or more. Brown was also fourth on the team with 301 digs and 2.89 digs/set, and had 14 kill-dig double-doubles.
She is the 10th Greyhound to be awarded with an AVCA All-American placement, and picks up the program's 15th overall AVCA All-American nod.
