INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy volleyball team slipped one spot to No. 8 in the latest NCAA Midwest Regional rankings, announced Wednesday. The top eight teams from each region advance to the NCAA tournament, which will be announced on Monday, Nov. 25 at 7:30 p.m.

The Greyhounds split last weekend's matches, which included a loss at No. 20 Rockhurst. The Hawks, as a result, moved up to sixth in the poll, dropping UIndy to the eighth spot.

UIndy is 18-8 this season with two matches remaining on the regular-season schedule. The Greyhounds have picked up three wins over the region's top 10, including top-seeded Lewis. UIndy will welcome Southwest Baptist to Ruth Lilly Fitness Center on Friday night, before hosting Drury for senior day at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
