EAST PEORIA, Ill. – Fresh off its first 20-win season in six years, the UIndy volleyball team will head to the EastSide Centre in East Peoria, Ill., this weekend for its 20th consecutive trip to the GLVC Championship Tournament.

UIndy earned the fourth seed in this year's event, and will square off with Drury for the second time in six days when the two meet on Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. The Greyhounds downed the Panthers in four frames last Saturday afternoon, with
Katie Furlong leading the way with 18 kills.

Rockhurst earned the top seed in the tournament this season and are scheduled to face Missouri S&T in Friday's quarterfinal finale. On the other side of the bracket, second-seeded Lewis will battle travel partner Illinois Springfield, while third-seeded Missouri-St. Louis faces Bellarmine.

Last season, Rockhurst defeated Drury to claim the GLVC championship and earn the league's automatic-qualifier to the Midwest Regional.

UIndy was ranked eighth in the final regular season regional poll that was released on Wednesday. The top eight teams advance to the NCAA tournament, and will play on the campus of the top seed. The selection show will be made live on NCAA.com on Monday evening at 7:30 p.m.
