INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy baseball team is set to open their season this upcoming weekend. As announced yesterday, the Greyhounds will open their 2019 campaign against  Wisconsin-Parkside at Grand Park in Westfield, Ind.

Former player and UIndy alum Al Ready enters his first season at head coach for the Greyhounds, replacing longtime coach Gary Vaught, who retired last spring after 24 seasons at the helm. The Hounds were picked to finish sixth in the GLVC by conference coaches this season and return nine seniors to this year's team.
