* Tim Jones is a UIndy graduate and former football student-athlete that was shot on March 19, 2016 while in the line of duty as a police officer in Park Forest, Ill. After coming to UIndy as a walk-on in 2009, Jones ultimately earned a scholarship through his tireless effort and work ethic. That same fight and determination has aided him in his recovery efforts that still continue to this day. The award he inspired honors the Greyhound that best displays courage, perseverance and a strong work ethic, as well as a team-first attitude and a commitment to improving himself both on the field and in the weight room.
** The One-Play Warrior Club is a point-based award recognizing success on special teams.
