Greyhounds Look to Bounce Back Against Northwood

INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Indianapolis women's Basketball team will host the Northwood University Timberwolves for its first home match of the 2021-22 home campaign on Thursday afternoon. 
 
Coming off back-to-back losses over the weekend the Hounds (0-2) will look to bounce back against the Timberwolves (2-0). The Hounds are currently led by Sadie Hill who averaged 11 points per game and four rebounds per game in the season-opening weekend, she is followed by Taylor Drury who averages 10 points per game, and six rebounds.
 
VERSUS THE TIMBERWOLVES
The Timberwolves are averaging 81.5 points per game in their first two games, in shooting .394 percent from the field. They have held their opponents to 72 points per game while allowing a field goal percentage of .424 percent. While the Greyhounds are averaging 54.5 points per game and allowing 69.
 
Defensively, in posting a rebound margin of +5.5, NU has averaged 44.5 boards per game. While also forcing 17 turnovers per game and committing 10.5. The Greyhounds average 33.5 rebounds per game and commit 27 turnovers while forcing 25.
 
The Timberwolves are led by Makenzie Todd who has posted 19.5 points per game, along with 2.5 rebounds. While Alana Nelson averages 16 points per game and six rebounds.
 
LAST MEETING
The two teams last met in Midland on November 30 of 2019. The Greyhounds took the win 62-58.
 
The Hounds had their best game of the year to that point shooting over 50 percent from the field to secure the win.
 
The two teams will tip off on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. ET
