CINCINNATI, Ohio – UIndy alumnus and free agent
Reece Horn was singed this week by the NFL's Cincinnati Bengals. The former Greyhound All-American will join the team's training camp in hopes of eventually earning a spot on the regular season roster.
FROM BENGALS.COM
"Horn (6-3, 215), a first-year player out of the University of Indianapolis, originally was a college free agent signee of the Tennessee Titans in 2016. He later spent time playing professionally in Europe, as well as in the AAF (Memphis Express) and XFL (Tampa Bay Vipers). He also spent the 2019 offseason with the Miami Dolphins, but he has not yet seen regular-season game action in the NFL."
Horn, a product of local Carmel, Ind., and Cathedral High School, compiled one of the most-decorated resumes in UIndy football history. The school's all-time leader in career receptions and receiving yards, he was named the GLVC Offensive Player of the Year as a junior in 2014 and the GLVC Special Teams Player of the Year a year later. Horn capped his collegiate career with multiple All-America First Team honors and was named a Harlon Hill award candidate.
