Lebanon, Ill. - The University of Indianapolis women's tennis team took a win over the McKendree Bearcats on Friday afternoon as they earned their second conference win with a 7-0 victory.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
UIndy came out of the gates hot with three straight doubles wins. Anna Novikova and Maria Solnyshkina took a 6-2 victory, while Maissane Aik and Arina Amaning took a 6-2 win along with Isabella Dunlap and Sofia Sharonova took a 6-1 win.
 
In singles, collectively the Hounds did not allow more than nine total points, with Sofia Sharonova earning a clean two set 6-0 sweep, while Novikova, Amaning, and Kristina Lagoda also took 6-0 set wins within their matches.
 
Isabella Dunlap earned her win with two 6-1 sets, along with Maria Solnyshkina.
