INDIANAPOLIS – UIndy junior Lexy Rees was voted the GLVC Player of the Week in softball, it was announced by the league office Monday. The slugging catcher helped the Greyhounds defeat a pair of regional-ranked opponents last week, hitting a four home runs along the way.

• Hit a three-run homer versus both Ohio Dominican and Maryville
• Leads the GLVC in RBIs and ranks third in home runs
• Earns first career Player of the Week award
