AUSTIN, Texas – The 2021-22 Academic All-America® Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Teams were announced Tuesday. UIndy standout Brittney Clark was among the honorees, sporting a 3.78 cumulative grade point average in biology.

Clark recently capped a stellar season at the NCAA DII Outdoor Championships, placing 11th among the nation's best pole vaulters. Earlier in the semester, the Valparaiso, Ind., native placed fourth at Indoor Nationals to become the program's first-ever woman to earn NCAA DII All-America accolades in the pole vault.
 
Clark is the UIndy record holder in both indoor (3.98 meters) and outdoor (4.07) pole vault. She is a five-time GLVC champion in her specialty, including winning both indoor and outdoor titles in 2021-22.
