INDIANAPOLIS – UIndy football student-athletes Connor Kinnett and Jeremiah Lee have been selected as the GLVC Players of the Week, announced by the league office Monday. The pair became the first Greyhound football players to earn weekly accolades from the conference this season.

 
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

QB | Cincinnati, Ohio
Major: Elementary Education
Team Results: 27-20 W at (RV) Tiffin (9/17)

• Threw two touchdown passes in final nine minutes, including game-winner with :06 left
• Had 190 passing yards on 13 completions with a long of 30
• Set school record for most single-game rushing yards by a QB with 128
• Helped UIndy beat Tiffin, which started the season 2-0 and was receiving votes in AFCA poll
• Earns first career Offensive Player of the Week Award
• Last Greyhounds' Offensive Player of the Week: Toriano Clinton (10/25/21)

• Returned opening kickoff 98 yards for touchdown to mark second of career and third-longest in UIndy history
• Added an 11-yard reception
• Helped UIndy beat Tiffin that started season 2-0 and was receiving votes in AFCA poll
• Earns first career Special Teams Player of the Week Award
• Last Greyhounds' Special Teams Player of the Week: Paul Buisman (11/15/21)
