The UIndy women's basketball team travels to the neighboring state of Illinois for a pair of GLVC bouts. This will be the first time this season that the Greyhounds face the Hawks and the Prairie Stars. The Hounds lead both all-time series, leading Quincy 32-23 and UIS 12-4. 

LAST TIME OUT
The UIndy women's basketball dropped a tight GLVC dog fight on Saturday, falling to Truman State University by a score of 79-72 from inside Nicoson Hall. The Bulldogs avenged their early January loss to the Greyhounds with the victory, leading for more than 36 minutes of action.

Elana Wells, who nearly posted the first double-double of her career, finished with a game-high 22 points and nine rebounds.

Despite the Greyhounds owning the paint most of the afternoon, the Bulldogs scored six straight points in the paint to build a four-point advantage with 46 seconds left. A single free throw from Wells was the only point UIndy could muster in the final minute, as Truman's hot-hand shooting in the second half proved too much.
