INDIANAPOLIS – University of Indianapolis sophomores Josue Le Cadre and Alex Meyer been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Athletes of the Week in men's indoor track and field, it was announced by the league office Wednesday.

• Won 800-meter run with NCAA provisional time of 1:49.28 in his first race with UIndy
  • Set new personal best and broke school record
  • Ranks first in GLVC and third in Division II
• Earns first career Indoor Track Athlete of the Week Award
• Last Greyhounds' Indoor Track Athlete of the Week: Abdelouakil Mustapha (1/25/23)

• Took first in high jump with mark of 2.06 meters (6'-9")
  • Ranks first in GLVC and 17th in DII
  • Beat multiple Division I athletes
• Jumped 7.38m (24'-10.5") in long jump to place runner-up
  • Ranks first in GLVC and 13th in DII
• Earns second career Indoor Field Athlete of the Week Award (1/22/25, 1/24/24)
