NEW ORLEANS— The University of Indianapolis women's track and field program is ranked No. 22 in the USTFCCCA DII Outdoor Track and Field Rating Index (TFRI), earning its first spot in the top 25 of the 2025-26 academic year.
The Hounds' spot at 23 is the first time the women's squad has been ranked since they earned the No.25 spot in the Indoor TFRI on Jan. 21,2024, and their highest ranking since March 7, 2023.
UIndy brings a total of 87.38 points in the rating index, with Vivian Osagie playing a key role in her team's success. The sophomore provides 56.35 points between two top-five performances in the women's shot put and discus throw.
Francesca Maurino provides 21.45 points with a top-10 performance in the women's high jump, and also adds to the team's score with a top-50 ranking in the triple jump.
Senior Mackenzie Van Bibber ranks 13th in DII in the pole vault, adding 8.46 points. Amanda Noel, Macie Swinehart and Ann Elise Sloan provide support to the squad's total score with top-50 marks in the discus, hammer throw and pole vault, respectively.
