Olivia Bladon was recognized as the USA Lacrosse Magazine Division II National Player of the Week, it was announced on Tuesday.Â
Bladon etched her name in the record book on Sunday with the second most draw controls in a single game in program history with 21, only one behind current head coach
Peyton Romig, who holds the NCAA record for most draw controls in a career. Along with her 21 draw controls on Sunday against Quincy, she also piled up seven goals and three assists on 10 total shots in two games this weekend. On the defensive end she also scooped up two ground balls, and had a caused turnover against Quincy.Â
She now has brought her season total of hat tricks up to 11 after having four goals on Friday against
Missouri Western, and three goals on Sunday against
Quincy.Â

The Greyhounds are set to face Missouri Western for the second time in a week, this time in the GLVC Tournament semifinal on Friday at 1 p.m. at Key Stadium.
