INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy men's soccer team officially released its 2026 schedule on Wednesday. The Greyhounds have 17 regular season games, along with a trio of scrimmages to open the season in August.Â
The Hounds will begin its season with a scrimmage in Columbus, Ohio against Ohio State,
a team that reached the 2024 national semifinals against the eventual national runner-up, Marshall. UIndy will follow its first scrimmage up with two more against Thomas More and Tiffin.Â
Its regular season will begin on August 27 on the road against an NCAA Touranment team from last season, Cedarville, before returning home for the first time in 2026 against Lake Erie just three days later. UIndy and Cedarville will play for the first time since
2017 when the Hounds won 2-1.
After facing Findlay on Sept. 2, the Hounds open GLVC play on Sept. 5 against Rockhurst, and runs through the remainder of the season. UIndy welcomes; William Jewell (Sept. 12), UMSL (Sept. 16), Southwest Baptist (Sept. 27), Maryville (Sept. 30), Lincoln (Oct. 11), Lewis (Oct. 21) and its regular season finale against Truman (Oct. 24).Â
Postseason play begins on Nov. 1 with the GLVC Tournament, before the NCAA Touranment kicks off with first-round action on Nov. 12, and runs through the national championship on Dec. 5. Stay tuned to UIndyAthletics.com for ticket information.
