GREENSBORO, N.C. – Redshirt senior, Austin Bode, and senior, Chase Mason, were recognized on another set of All-Region honors on Wednesday, this time being awarded designation on the ABCA/Rawlings Midwest All-Region first and second teams. 

Once again Bode was named the Region Position Player of the Year, adding another to his trophy case for the 2026 season where he's already claimed the GLVC Player of the Year and the D2CCA Midwest Region Player of the Year honors. 

Along with Bode's Player of the Year selection, he also garnered first-team status, while his teammate, Mason, claimed another All-Region second-team selection. 

Bode, Mason and the rest of the Greyhounds squad will now head down to Cary, N.C. in sights of the school's first College World Series title, with the first game set of Friday May 29 at 6 p.m. ET against the top-seed, West Chester.
