INDIANAPOLIS – Uindy's Alexander Nestun was named the All-GLVC first-team, while senior Jackson Watkins was honored on the All-GLVC second-team list, it was announced on Monday by the league office.
 
Per GLVC Bylaws, coaches rank the All-Conference nominations and the top ten in total points are awarded 1st Team All-GLVC. The next 10 players are designated as 2nd Team All-GLVC. If the individual award winner is not voted to 1st Team All-GLVC, they will be automatically added as the eleventh member. Any player who makes All-Tournament Team (top five at the GLVC Championship) in 2nd through 5th place can be added to 2nd Team All-GLVC without receiving any votes.
 
The league also recognized 13 GLVC James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award honorees, with Drew Rowen being recognized as the UIndy team representative. The student-athletes chosen are individuals who have distinguished themselves through sportsmanship and ethical behavior. These individuals must also be in good academic standing and have demonstrated good citizenship outside of the sports-competition setting. The honorees are now eligible to become one of their school's two Spalding Sportsmanship Award winners, which will be announced later this month.
