2011:  Named to All-GLIAC First Team to become just the fifth-ever Greyhound with four all-conference nods…dubbed First Team All-Region by Don Hansen's Football Gazette and Second Team All-Region by CoSIDA …also named the team's "Linebacker of the Year"…finished career with 342 tackles, good for 10th all-time in the school annals…earned second straight Academic All-GLIAC Excellence award, as well as Academic All-America® Second Team recogition.

2010:  Academic All-GLIAC Excellence honoree...received an all-conference honorable mention nod despite missing three games to injury...started eight games at the weak-side linebacker...totaled 67 tackles and one interception...posted four double-digit tackle games...amassed a career-high 17 tackles in season finale against Ohio Dominican (11/13), netting him GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week honors.

2009:  Second Team All-GLIAC and Academic All-GLIAC honoree...started final 10 games at linebacker for the Greyhounds … was the team's leading tackler for the second straight season, tallying 85 total stops … had four games with double-digit tackle totals, including season-high 15 tackles against Saginaw Valley State (9/26/09) ... had 1.5 tackles for loss against Tiffin (10/24/09) including a sack and a pass breakup.

2008: Started 10 games at middle linebackers as a freshman…led the team in tackles to become the first Greyhound freshman to do so according to available statistics (since 1972)…ranked 10th in the GLIAC in total tackles and first among league freshmen…garnered a pair of team awards as the “Linebacker of the Year” (co-winner with Leonard Bush) and “Defensive Freshman of the Year”…intercepted a pass in collegiate debut (8/28)…had a game-high 12 tackles vs. Hillsdale (9/20)…racked up a season-high 13 tackles against Ferris State…also intercepted a pass deep in UIndy territory late in the third quarter of that game and ran it back 27 yards…compiled 12 tackles, including a sack, in the season finale vs. Northern Michigan.

High School: Played football and wrestled at Bishop Chatard, earning seven varsity letters... helped the football team win back-to-back state champships (2006, 2007)...was an all-state pick as a junior and senior in football ...four-time city champ in wrestling...regional champ as a junior and finished eighth in the state as a senior.
