2008 Game-by-Game Statistics

2007: Found himself atop the runningback depth chart, moving over from the fullback slot ... made the best of the opportunity, becoming an All-GLIAC Second Team Offense selection after recording 1,076 yards rushing ... named UIndy's "Most Valuable Offensive Player of the Year" ... became the school's single-season leader in rushing TDs with 14 ... became the second straight 1,000-yard rusher at UIndy and just the eighth in the school's history ... his 97.8 rushing yards per game average was seventh-best in the GLIAC ... found the endzone in every game but one ... tallied 98 total points (14 rush TD, 2 rec TD, 1 two-point rush) to lead the squad and rank fouth in the league ... had five multi-TD games ... broke the 100-yard rushing barrier six times ... toted the rock a whopping 36 times for a career-high 191 yards and three scores in the win at Mercyhurst (11/3/07) ... scored seven rushing TDs in the final three games of the season ... had 101 receiving yards on five catches and a 75-yard score at Michigan Tech (9/8/07) ... amassed 1,352 all-purpose yards for a 122.9 average per game.

2006: Fullback played in ten games … compiled 135 yards rushing and 86 yards receiving … caught a 35-yard pass that setup a touchdown versus Michigan Tech (9/9) … ran for 42 yards and a score the following week at Gannon (9/16) … rushed for a career-best 45 yards on seven carries versus Findlay (9/30) … carried the ball nine times and scored a rushing touchdown at Wayne State (10/21).

2005: Appeared in six games as a freshman ... saw time primarily on the special teams unit ... had two solo tackles in 28-0 win at Findlay (Oct. 8) ... tallied two games with two total tackles.

Personal:  Computer science major … became a National Honor Society member and made the Dean's List at Tri-County North HS … son of Donald and Liz Wright … born 10/15/85.

High School:  Earned an impressive 12 varsity letters in four sports: football (4), wrestling (4), baseball (2) and track (2) … earned all-county and all-conference honors all four years in football … named all-district as a junior and senior … collected two seven-touchdown games in final year en route to 36 TD's for the season … named Ohio all-state co-offensive player of the year for Division 5 … three-time all-state wrestler, twice finishing third at the state level which included a 46-2 record at the 189 lb weight class in senior campaign … dubbed all-conference center fielder as a junior.
