WACO, Texas – After sustaining its first loss of the season over the weekend, the UIndy football team (7-1, 5-1 GLVC) fell out of the top 10 in the latest AFCA Division II Coaches Poll, dipping to No. 17. The Greyhounds fell from the ranks of the unbeaten after a 34-27 loss at Lindenwood Saturday.
 
Despite the outcome, the Hounds made their 35th straight appearance in the coaches' top 25, upping their own program record for consecutive time spent in the national rankings. They are one of nine Super Region Three team in the poll, including No. 23 Truman State University, UIndy's upcoming opponent.
