INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy men's soccer team held steady in this week's NCAA regional poll. The Hounds came in at No. 6 in the first poll of the season last week, staying put in the six spot this week after shutout wins over Rockhurst and William Jewell this last weekend.

The top 10 teams from the super region will advance on to the NCAA tournament later this month as the top six teams in the region earn a "bye" into the second round. UIndy is the fourth and final GLVC representative in the regional poll this week with Bellarmine No. 2, Maryville No. 4, and McKendree coming in at No. 5 this week.

The Hounds will host their opening round GLVC tournament game this weekend for the second time in the last three seasons. UIndy will host in-state rival Southern Indiana Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm ET.
