PONOMA, Calif. – The Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) released their 2019 All-America teams Wednesday morning. UIndy men's soccer's Javier Steinwascher was named second-team All-American by the D2CCA for his outstanding 2019 season. The D2CCA awards are voted on by Sports Information Directors across the nation.
 
Already named to two all-region teams as well as a first-team all-GLVC nod, Steinwascher keeps adding hardware to his collection for his senior season. The nation's leader in assists per game at a helper per game, also led the GLVC in points easily in 2019. Steinwascher's 14 goals this year also tied him for the most in the conference.
 
Steinwascher is just the second All-American in program history, joining Ngwese Ebangwese in 2013 who was selected by what is now the United Soccer Coaches organization.
