PERRY, N.Y. - After a dominating win at No. 14 Lindenwood over the weekend, the UIndy men's lacrosse team remains ninth in the latest USILA coaches poll, the organization announced on Monday. It is the sixth straight week the Greyhounds have been ranked inside the top 10.
The Hounds also stayed at No. 11 in the U.S. Lacrosse Magazine and Nike poll.
UIndy is now 7-1 this season, with three wins over ranked opponents under its belt. The Greyhounds pulled away from Lindenwood on Saturday, as
Jarod Kimble made 14 saves in net and
Parker Kump netted three goals for his sixth hat trick of the season.
Robbie Berardi was dominant in the face-off circle, securing 18-of-21 attempts and scooping up 12 ground balls.
The Hounds will host Shorter this coming Sunday at Key Stadium for a GLVC battle beginning at 11 a.m.
