PERRY, N.Y. – The UIndy men's lacrosse team continued to rise in the USILA coaches poll on Monday, sliding up one spot for the second straight week to No. 7. It is the second-highest ranking the Greyhounds have received this season after being sixth back on March 11.

The Hounds jumped from 10th to sixth in the latest U.S. Lacrosse Magazine/Nike poll that was also released on Monday morning.

UIndy earned its program-record 11th victory over the weekend, downing Maryville by a score of 14-7 to improve to 5-0 in GLVC play. The Greyhounds host No. 13 Rockhurst this Friday at Key Stadium, with the winner earning hosting rights for the league tournament April 26-28.

Parker Kump leads the team with a program-record 59 points and 44 goals, while tacking on a career-best 15 assists. Freshman
Drew Billig ranks second in both goals and assists, scoring 22 times this season and dishing out 14 helpers.
