PERRY, N.Y. - The UIndy men's lacrosse team inched back up to No. 6 in the United State Intercollegiate Lacrosse Assocation (USILA) national poll, the organization that was released on Monday morning. The Hounds were last ranked sixth on March 14.Â
UIndy is now 12-1 this season and have won seven straight games prior to the GLVC Championship Tournament this coming weekend. The Hounds locked up hosting rights and top seed for the postseason event this past Friday with a come-from-behind victory over No. 13 Rockhurst to clinch a perfect 6-0 mark in the league action.
Senior
Parker Kump leads the Hounds with 62 points, and ranks sixth in NCAA Division II with 3.54 goals per game.
Robbie Berardi is seventh in the country at the faceoff x, while
Jarod Kimble is 10th in goals against average.
The Greyhounds kick off the 2019 GLVC Championship Tournament this Friday at 4 p.m. against Montevallo.
