PERRY, N.Y. - After a two-win week, the UIndy men's lacrosse has inched up one spot to No. 8 in the latest United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association poll that was released on Monday. The Greyhounds are now 10-1 this season, including a 4-0 mark in Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) action.Â
UIndy stays put at No. 10 in the most recent U.S. Lacrosse Magazine/Nike poll that was also announced on Monday morning.Â
The Hounds earned a pair of road victories last week, downing Lake Erie on Wednesday before fending off Montevallo over the weekend.
Parker Kump totaled seven goals and two assists, while
Josh Jackson led the defense with seven ground balls and one caused turnover.
Robbie Berardi went 22-of-39 at the faceoff x, scooping up 14 ground balls as a result.Â
UIndy has just two games remaining before the GLVC Championship Tournament on April 26-28. The Greyhounds will travel to St. Louis for a conference battle with Maryville on Saturday.
