FINDLAY, Ohio – The UIndy women's track & field team continued their indoor season on Saturday, sending junior Katrinia Hopkins to the neighboring state of Ohio for the Findlay Open. The thrower from Avon, Ind., competed in two field events in the meet.

Hopkins competed in both the weight throw and the shot put. Her mark of 16.76 meters in the weight was good for third place, while her fifth-place 12.77 meters placed her in fifth.

The Greyhounds will next compete this upcoming Saturday, hosting the UIndy Collegiate Challenge in the ARC. The home meet will commence at 12 pm.
