MEN'S BASKETBALL
The No. 11 UIndy men's basketball team used a late first-half run before pulling away from the visiting Lewis Flyers last Thursday to ring in the new year with an 82-67 victory.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
The UIndy women's basketball team was back in Nicoson Hall Saturday afternoon looking to get back in the win column after falling to Lewis Thursday night. The Greyhounds were able to stave off a late fourth-quarter rally from Illinois Springfield to pull off the 67-63 win.
