BALTIMORE, Md. – The UIndy men's lacrosse team dropped another spot in the latest United States Intercollege Lacrosse Association (USILA) to No. 16, announced Monday.
 
The Greyhounds dropped a 10-9 nail-biter to fourth-ranked Mercyhurst on Sunday to drop to 2-2 on the season. It is the 17th straight week UIndy has been ranked in the top 20.
 
Limestone and Adelphi shared first-place votes to remain atop the national coaches poll, while Mercyhurst jumped to No. 3. Fellow GLVC members Rockhurst and Lindenwood held their respective positions at 11 and 14.
 
Sophomore Drew Billig and senior Kansai Garey each lead the team with 10 points, while Jack Belobrajdic and Jordan McKenzie have scooped up five ground balls apiece.
 
UIndy kicks off its spring break trip this Saturday with a league battle at Young Harris College.
