KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The University of Indianapolis men's soccer team has fallen one spot to No. 2 in the recent NCAA Division II United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll, officials announced on Tuesday.

Despite rolling with an undefeated 6-0-1 record on the season, the Greyhounds fall behind Franklin Pierce in the rankings who earned the top spot by corralling a perfect 9-0 campaign so far. Lynn (No. 3 at 7-1), Davis & Elkins (No. 4 at 7-0), and Young Harris (No. 5 at 9-0) round out the top five. 

Joining UIndy in the poll, fellow Great Lakes Valley Conference member Maryville makes a massive jump from not being ranked in the previous poll to now be the No. 14 team. 

The Hounds will return to action this Friday with a home GLVC match against William Jewell beginning at 7:30 p.m.
