Hounds Prepare for GLVC Tournament Semifinals on Friday

INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Indianapolis men's soccer team is gearing up for its Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship Tournament semifinal match against Drury this Friday, which is set to begin at 7:30 p.m. With the Greyhounds being the No. 1 seed, semifinal and championship action is slated to take place at Key Stadium on Friday and Sunday.

Earlier this season on Oct. 24, UIndy took down Drury by a final of 2-0 at Key Stadium. The Hounds dominated on the offensive side of the ball, firing a total of 22 shots in 90 minutes of action while the Panthers managed just six in return.

The winner of this semifinal match is set to face either Maryville or Illinois Springfield in the championship match on Sunday beginning at 2:30 p.m.

Live video and live stats will be available for the match. Click here to watch a short video featuring head coach John Higgins and student-athlete Eli Dulle talk about the quarterfinal win over Lindenwood, and what they expect in this match against Drury.
