Clay Hadley was named to the D2CCA All-Super Region 3 Second Team, released Wednesday. The standout offensive lineman was one of just five GLVC student-athletes on the annual list, voted on by the region's sports information directors.
Â
Now a three-time all-region honoree, Hadley led a unit that ranked eighth in the nation in rushing this fall, as well as 13th in fewest tackles for a loss allowed, 15th in total offense and 16th in fewest sacks allowed.
Â
The Greenwood, Ind., native and three-year team captain was unanimously voted to the 2021 All-GLVC First Team, becoming just the fourth player in program history to earn four first-team nods from the conference. He was also recently named Academic All-District and is a nominee for the Gene Upshaw Division II Lineman of the Year Award.
Â
Additionally, Hadley started every single game since stepping onto campus back in 2017, racking up a program-record 49 consecutive starts on the o-line.
