LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The UIndy men's lacrosse team (1-0, 1-0 GLVC) were placed as the No. 11-ranked team in the recent United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association poll, released on Monday. The Greyhounds had dropped a spot in the previous week after having to reschedule their contest against Maryville, and the teams almost had déjà vu as for the second straight week they drop one spot after rescheduling their game against Davenport last week.

Despite their absence from the lacrosse field, the Hounds still remain as the top-ranked team in the GLVC in the No. 11 spot. Rockhurst is the next ranked team in the conference at No. 13, while Lindenwood (No. 17) and Maryville (No. 20) also make appearances inside the rankings. The Greyhounds are scheduled to get back to Key Stadium on Sunday, March 7 against No. 13 Rockhurst as two of the top teams in the conference battle it out for the top spot. That contest will kick off at 12 p.m.
